SwingForm ACP Divides the swing into two segments:

The SwingFrame -
The simple 5-step process to achieve the optimum setup on every swing covering posture, head position, grip , grip pressure, club position & stance height.

The PowerGuide Swing -
The evolutionary GRAVITY POWERED SWING TECHNIQUE that will get you super consistent pure ball striking , accuracy and distance.

How Does The Training Work?

Phase 1 

3 x home training sessions 
and Fairways & Greens (range session) Round 1.

1 x home session every second day, with a one day break between each home session.

Fairways & Greens Round 1 would be either day 7 or day 8.

Phase 2

3 x  home training sessions 
and Fairways & Greens Round 2.

1 x home session every second day, with a one day break between each home session.

Fairways & Greens Round 2 wouold be done on day 14/15

Phase 3

2 X home sessions, Fairways & Greens Rounds 3 ; Fairways & Greens Round 4 - the Graduation Session.

1 x home session , a one day break,  then a range session.

Your final score is totalled and submitted.
you are ready to return to the golf course.

How Do The Home Sessions Work?

The home exercise sessions consist of 6 customized exercises of 8 repetitions each  designed to accelerate and enhance your swing technique development.
Each exercise addresses a different element in the SwingFrame  setup and PowerGuide Swing technique.
They are easy to understand and to fun to do and after your first session, your swing will feel more fluid, balance and natural and you will feel more swing speed as well.
 To do this properly will take around 50 minutes.

What is Fairways & Greens?

Fairways & Greens is a range game designed to test your accuracy and ability to apply the setup process and swing technique on every shot.
This game is exactly like being on the golf course as every shot has a different target and uses a different club.
It is also designed to get you into the mindset of 'making every swing count' just as it does on the course.
You play 6 rounds of 8 shots each for a total of 48 shots only.
These sessions should take around 50 minutes to an hour when done properly.

What Support Do You Get With Your Training?
